Four seasons huts - DaduVillage

All of these toys have already found their owners. We try to make similar ones instead of them as quickly as possible. They won't be exactly like these, because—like every dadu—they are drawn by freehand without templates and painted individually. If you want to make sure you don't miss the next one, check back often or write to us and we'll discuss when we can get yours ready.

DaduVillage of four handpainted huts.
Made of untreated linden wood with child-friendly wax and acrylic based paint and a child-friendly wax coating.
Dimensions: height 9-13 cm, width 6½ -13 cm, thickness 4-4½ cm.
Like every DADU, these villages are individually made. We hand draw them directly onto the wood, cut them manually, and carefully sand and then paint them by hand with custom mixed colors. No two are alike.

Spring forest - background

Unfortunately, someone has already bought this toy, but we are happy to make a similar one for you if you want. It usually takes about 3-4 weeks to complete, depending on how busy we are at the moment, but when you order, we will inform you by email how long it will take to make it.

It is painted on 10 mm thick birch plywood with dispersion colorants. The top coating is a child-friendly (EN 71-3) aqueous varnish.
(So this isn't made with the same paint that dadu usually use. It's not kid-friendly, but if you have colorful walls, there's a good chance that they mixed the wall paint with that kind of colorant.
And finally we covered it with a certified child-friendly varnish, which makes it more durable, easier to clean and seals this layer of paint.)
It consists of two sheets that can be easily joined together, so there is a base and a background that form a continuous image.
Each sheet is approx. 50x35 cm.
