There are three types of Planting Pits in the DaduGarden mounds:

There is a small indentation at the bottom of most of the plantables so they can be set up on their own (i.e. not just in the pits of the mound).

Like every dadu, this one is completely unique. We won't ever make another one exactly like this one. Even if we tried to, we wouldn’t be able to, because we don’t use templates. We hand draw all of our designs directly onto the wood and then we paint them by hand with custom mixed colors. Every Dadu is as much a completely unique work of hand-crafted art as it is a developmental toy.

With the DaduGarden playset, you can bring the garden into the kids' room. Planting the different flowers works much like a shape matching game, enhancing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and dexterity. Since most of the flowers are quite large (which surprises many), even less dexterous little hands can grasp them easily.
DaduGarden can also be incorporated into role-playing games, personifying the various plants and creating stories with them, sparking imagination, expanding vocabulary, and improving social skills.
